简介

招聘是组织影响申请人的工作选择决定的活动。Gilliland (1993)认为,相比那些认为招聘选拔过程是公平的申请人,那些认为招聘过程不公平的申请人将不太可能接受这份工作。 Harold, C. M. et al.(2016)综合学者们的研究发现,公平对工作接受度的影响受一系列变量影响,包括组织形象,招聘人员行为和个人与组织匹配度。

Harold, C. M. et al.(2016)借鉴Schwartz(1992)关于人类价值观的理论,Cable and Yu(2006)将组织形象定义为“对于一个组织的求职者来说是最重要、独特并且相对持久的特质”。作者借鉴Schwartz(2001)开发的肖像价值观问卷(PVQ)测量组织形象,包括保守价值、开放价值、提升机制和超越价值四个维度。

信度与效度

Harold, C. M. et al.(2016)对美国想要从事军事服务的申请人进行了两次数据收集,在第一次收集数据时测量了组织形象。结果表明,保守价值(Conservation Values)维度的信度α = .79 ,开放价值(Openness Values)维度的信度α =.78,提升价值(Enhancement Values) 维度的信度α = .69,超越价值(Transcendence Values) 维度的信度α =.80。皆具有较好的信度。

10.They want everyone to be treated justly, even people they don’t know. It is important to them to protect the weak in society.

计分方法

组织形象量表包括11道题,一共有四个分量表:保守价值、开放价值、提升价值和超越价值,可计算每个分量表所包括题目的总分或平均分。
保守价值(Conservation Values)维度:第1、2、3题。
开放价值(Openness Values)维度:第4、5、6、7题。
提升价值(Enhancement Values) 维度:第8、9题。
超越价值(Transcendence Values) 维度:第10、11题。
