简介

学者普遍认为经济条件的不确定性、组织变革等客观经济环境可能影响员工的工作不安全感(Sverke & Hellgren, 2002)。工作不安全感是基于员工的个体感知和对当前工作环境的解读而形成的主观工作压力(Ashford, Lee, & Bobko, 1989; Greenhalgh & Rosenblatt, 1984; Sverke et al, 2002)。尽管工作不安全感并不意味着员工实际失去工作,但这种压力感带来的焦虑或许更大。先前的研究表明,工作不安全感与失去工作本身一样会给员工带来不利影响(Dekker & Schaufeli, 1995; De Witte, 1999)。

信度与效度

Wang et al.(2014)对来自中国广东省一家联合投资企业的388为员工进行问卷调查和数据收集,结果表明工作不安全感量表的内部一致性系数为α=0.73,具有较高的信度水平。
