Approach-oriented and avoidance-oriented CWBs Scale 趋近导向和规避导向反生产行为量表
简介
对趋近行为和规避行为的区分可以用来将反生产行为（counterproductive workplace behavior (CWB)）的特定类型区分开来，或者也可以对那些于组织其他人、组织本身有害的行为进行区分 (Fox & Spector, 1999; Spector & Fox, 2005; see also Bennett & Robinson, 2000)。例如，一些反生产行为趋向于刺激，我们倾向于称之为趋近导向的反生产行为（Approach-oriented CWBs），这些行为通常包括那些涉及到接近或者其他与环境、个人有互动（通常带有敌对的态度）的任何行动。趋近导向的反生产行为在测量上包括嘲笑、诅咒、侮辱或者捉弄他人、开始争吵或者打架(Bennett & Robinson, 2000; Fox & Spector, 1999; Gruys & Sackett, 2003)。类似的，那些从根本上远离刺激的行为我们称之为规避导向反生产行为。这些行为通常包括试图彻底杜绝、或者最小化个人与环境、其他个人的互动。规避导向反生产行为测量上包括拒绝交谈、无视、尤其是对同事隐瞒信息(Fox & Spector, 1999; Gruys & Sackett, 2003, Mitchell & Ambrose, 2007)。
信度与效度
Approach-Oriented CWBs使用的是Mitchell 和 Ambrose (2007)测量主管直接偏差的量表，avoidance-oriented CWBs使用的是McCullough et al (1997)测量避免那些冒犯你的人的量表(剔除一个题项:I refused to talk to my boss/supervisor)。由于这两个量表的开发是分开进行的，我们进行了CFA检验（CFI=0.95, SRMR=0.09），二因子具有良好的模型拟合优度。
