简介

信度与效度
Colquitt(2001)探索了组织公平的维度,提供了一种新的公平的测量方法,通过两组研究测量了测量方法的有效性。实验1发生于一个大学的环境中,参与者是301名管理课程上的大学生(包括137名男性和164名女性);实验2在一个手机零部件工厂中采取了田野调查(参与者是337名雇员,包括222名男性和115名女性)。验证性因子分析结果支持一种四因素测量方法,包括分配(Distributive)、程序(Procedural)、人际互动(Interpersonal)和信息公平(Informational)。验证性因子分析表明,四因素模型的χ2/df=1.90,IFI =0.92,CFI=0.92,RMSEA=0.055(0.049,0.060)。结构方程模型同样表明公平维度对于重要的结果——包括领导评估、规则服从、承诺、帮助行为具有预测效度,模型的χ2/df=2.50,IFI = 0.91,CFI = 0.91,RMSEA = 0.067 (0.062,0.072)。预测路径的系数都很显著。
