简介

创新扩散理论认为,创新是一种被个人或其他采用单位视为新颖的观念、实践或事物;创新扩散是指一种基本社会过程,在这个过程中,主观感受到的关于某个新语音的信息被传播。通过一个社会构建过程,某创新的意义逐渐显现。Pankratz(2002)开发了一个新的量表,用于测量对有效性原则的感知贡献,检验美国“安全和无毒品校园”政策的扩散效果,这一政策要求学区和其他受“安全和无毒品学校基金”资助的学校采取有效性原则。有效性原则是美国教育部门在1989年颁布的,以确保有限的资源以最有效的方式使用。

信度与效度

Pankratz(2002)共选择了两个样本进行两波数据收集,第一个样本采取方便抽样的方式从104个学区中抽取,81(78%)个学区完成了第一波调查,67(64%)完成了第一波和第二波调查。第二个样本是饱和样本,包括北卡罗来纳州117个公立学区,101(86%)个学区完成了第一波调查,86(74%)个学区完成了第一波和第二波调查。所以,在214个学区(7个是重复的)中,174(82%)个学区完成了第一波调查,146(68%)完成了第一波和第二波调查。

因子分析表明,感知贡献量表共三个维度:相关优势(relative advantage/compatibility)、复杂性(complexity)和可观察性(observability),三个分量表的内部一致性系数分别为0.89、0.81和0.71。
