简介
同伴攻击指同伴之间的各种攻击行为,包括言语攻击、身体攻击、关系攻击。
集体效能由Bandura(1982)所提出的概念,是团队所共享的信念, 团队成员认为团队是否有能力组织与执行以达成特定的团队任务之知觉与信心程度。

Barchia, K., & Bussey, K.对中学学生进行了问卷调查,同伴攻击量表内部一致性系数为0.72;集体效能量表内部一致性系数为0.96,方差解释率为75.3%。
