简介

对人际沟通的研究越来越集中于人际吸引力上,McCroskey和McCain(1974)通过对人际沟通研究文献的回顾,提出两个非常重要的结论:1)两人之间彼此相互吸引的程度越高,彼此之间的沟通越多;2)我们被另一个人吸引的越多,影这个人对我们的人际沟通的影响就越大。认为人际吸引的结构是多维的,包括任务吸引力(task attraction),社会吸引力(social attraction)和物理吸引力(physical attraction)。最初的量表每个维度共10道题,得到一个30道题的人际吸引量表。

信度与效度

McCroskey和McCain(1974)调查了伊利诺伊州立大学的215名本科生。运用主成分因子分析,得到一个共18道题的人际吸引量表。结果表明,人际吸引量表共解释了57%的方差变异量,任务吸引力、社会吸引力和物理吸引力分别解释了16%、15%和26%的方差变异量。任务吸引力、社会吸引力和物理吸引力量表的内部一致性系数分别为0.86、0.75和0.80。

Ten Likert-type items were generated for each of the three pre-suned dimensions of interpersonal attraction. Five were positively worded and five negatively worded for task, social, and physical properties of attraction.

11. He (she) is not very good looking.
12. He (she) wears neat clothes.
13. The clothes he (she) wears are not becoming.

Task Attraction 14. He (she) is a typical goof-off when assigned a job to do.
15. I have ::onfidence in his (her) ability to get the job done.
16. If I wan:..ed to get things done I could probably depend on him (her).
17. I couldn't get anything accomplished vrth him (her).
18. He (she) would be a poor problem solver.

计分方法

人际吸引量表包括任务吸引、社会吸引和物理吸引三个分量表,共18道题,可以计算各个量表所包含题目的总分和平均分。

社会吸引量表:共5道题,包括第1-5题。
物理吸引量表:共8道题,包括第6-13题。
任务吸引量表:共5道题,包括第14-18题。
