简介

多年来,对人类传播的研究提高了人们对个人感知如何影响人际沟通的认知,两种重要的个人感知就是人际吸引力和同质性。对人际吸引力和亲切感的关注产生了许多对沟通的研究,所以,在这些领域需要更可靠的测量方式。McCroskey等(2006)仔细分析了以前测量方式的可靠性和有效性,并开发了更可靠的测量量表,为未来的研究开辟了更加有效的途径。

信度与效度

基于McCroskey and McCain (1974)研究成果,McCroskey等(2006)编写了新的人际吸引力量表,最终得到一个包含38道题的人际沟通量表。研究样本包括基础交流课上的374名大学生和177名教师和管理人员。

教师和管理人员样本数据结果表明,任务吸引力、社会吸引力和物理吸引力量表的内部一致性系数分别为0.96、0.94和0.96;学生样本数据结果表明,任务吸引力、社会吸引力和物理吸引力量表的内部一致性系数分别为0.95、0.91和0.95。

计分方法

人际吸引量表包括任务吸引、社会吸引和物理吸引三个分量表,共18道题,可以计算各个量表所包含题目的总分和平均分。

任务吸引量表:共14道题,包括第1-14题。
社会吸引量表:共12道题,包括第15-26题。
物理吸引量表:共12道题,包括第27-38题。
