简介

价值观是人们在认识各种具体事物的价值的基础上,形成的对事物价值的总看法和根本观点。映射在就业领域,便形成了就业价值观,是一个人对职业的认识和态度以及他对职业目标的追求和向往。理想、信念、世界观对于职业的影响,集中体现在就业价值观上。

信度与效度

一般就业价值观量表的内部一致性系数为0.84 (M = 2.98;SD = 0.71),有较好的信度。

量表

请您根据自己的实际感受和体会,用下面14项描述对您的感受进行评价和判断,并在最符合的数字上划○。评价和判断的标准如下: 1 非常不同意 2 不同意 3不太确定 4 同意 5 非常同意

1.Work is the most important thing in life.
2.I prefer to be working, even if this implies a wage similar to welfare.
3.One should work to be part of the society.
4.It is not necessary to work in order to contribute.*
