简介

自我决定理论由 DECI等提出, 认为当外部奖励危害人类基本心理需要时才会削弱内部动机;而提供能力支持信息的外部奖励则不会削弱甚至会增强内部动机。自我决定理论能更好地解释外部奖励对内部动机既促进又削弱的矛盾效应。一直备受学术界和实践界的关注。

Stone, D. N.等人扩展了自我决定理论,来探讨经济激励措施作为驱动个人行为动机的可靠性。关键的经济需要看法影响经济价值观,这反过来又影响“享乐”的效用,即幸福。

信度与效度

经济激励动机量表分为经济自主性、经济自我效能、信任、支持四个分量表。四个分量表的内部一致性系数分别为0.745,0.932,0.803,0.774,有较好的信度。

经济激励动机量表共17道题,包括经济自主性、经济自我效能、信任、支持四个分量表。 经济自主性共6道题,具体包括第1-6题; 经济自我效能共4道题,具体包括第7-10题; 信任分量表共3道题,具体包括第11-13题; 支持分量表共4道题,具体包括第14-17题。 可以计算平均分或总分。
