Ethical Viewpoints Scale 伦理观点量表（Schminke & Wells，1999）

简介

Schminke和Wells（1999）探讨了群体语境对群体成员伦理倾向的影响。结果表明，群体对个人的道德框架能产生强大的影响，这些影响的模式根据所涉及的伦理框架的类型而有所不同。个人的伦理功利主义受到领导风格和群体凝聚力的影响，道德形式主义受团体领导风格的影响最大。

信度与效度

来自商学院的四个不同班级的一百六十六名研究生和本科生参加了Schminke和Wells（1999）的研究，三个班的81名学生参加了一项为期四个月的战略管理模拟，另一个班的35名学生没有参加任何模拟。结果表明，伦理观点量表的两个分量表形式主义和功利主义分量表的内部一致性系数分别为0.67和0.73。

Scoring: Utilitarian score = mean of items 1, 5, 7, 9, 13,15and 20.
Formalist score = mean of items 2, 4, 6, 8, 16and 19.

伦理观点量表形式主义和功利主义两个分量表，共20道题，可以计算各个量表所包含题目的总分和平均分。
形式主义量表：共6道题，包括第2、4、6、8、16和19题。
