简介

信度与效度

在研究2中,Arnaud(2010)对量表进行了精简,每个维度取三道因子负荷最高的题,得到包含18道题的量表。在18道题的量表中,集体道德敏感性的两个维度道德意识和移情关注的内部一致性系数分别为0.80和0.83、集体道德判断的两个维度关注自己和关注他人的内部一致性系数分别为0.89和0.81,集体道德动机的内部一致性系数为0.90,集体道德品格的内部一致系数为0.82。

计分方法

组织道德氛围指标包括集体道德敏感性(12道题)、集体道德判断(10道题),集体道德动机(8道题)和集体道德品格(6道题)四个维度,六个分量表,共36道题,可以计算各个量表所包含题目的总分和平均分。
集体道德敏感性量表:共12道题,包括第1-12题。道德意识包括1-5题,移情关注包括6-12题。
集体道德判断量表:共10道题,包括第13-22题。关注自己包括13-17题,关注他人包括18-22题。
