简介

公司资产专用性用来测量在多大程度上本公司能购买有关收购公司的信息服务。

信度与效度

从“计算机高级主管人员名录”随机选择3000个名字邮寄发放问卷。该目录保存了自1972年以来，包括电脑高管的财富500强企业和其他具有年度数据处理预算25万美元以上的公司。回收问卷181份，可用问卷为152份。内部一致性系数为0.83，为单因子结构，信度较高。
