简介

吸收能力最初被定义为识别新信息的价值,吸收这些新信息的能力并将其应用于商业目的的能力。它是企业可以发展的基本学习能力之一,检测组织以外的可能对他们有用的知识和信息,然后将这些信息内化以适应企业的特定需求,并将其应用于市场目标。

信度与效度

Jiménez-Barrionuevo等(2011)研究中的样本主要来自西班牙汽车和化学行业的公司,调查问卷被寄给了选定的1000个公司,有36份返回问卷的地址不明。121个化学公司(17.56%)返回了问卷,47个汽车公司(17.01%)返回了问卷。验证性因素分析表明,四因素模型的各项指标为:χ2=129.83,n=84,GFI=0.98,SRMR=0.18,NFI=0.97,CFI=0.99。获取、同化、转化和开发四个分量表的内部一致性系数分别为0.899、0.835、0.884、0.828。

13.(DOCUMENTS) The different units publish informative documents periodically (reports, bulletins, etc.).
14.(TRANSMISSION) The important data are transmitted regularly to all units.
15.(TIME) When something important occurs, all units are informed within a short time.
16.(FLOWS) The organization has the capabilities or abilities necessary to ensure that knowledge flows within the organization and is shared between the different units.
17.(RESPONSIBILITY) There is a clear division of functions and responsibilities regarding use of information and knowledge obtained from outside.

计分方法

吸收能力量表包括获取、同化、转化和开发4个分量表,共19道题,可以计算各个量表所包含题目的平均分或总分。

获取量表:对有价值信息的识别和过滤的能力,以及将有价值信息从外部转化为内部的能力。共5道题,包括第1-5题。
同化量表:了解外部知识,理解和解读这些知识的能力。共5道题,包括第6-10题。
转化量表:对获取和同化的知识的吸收和转化能力。共6道题,包括第11-16题。
开发量表:使用新知识的能力。共2道题,包括第17-18题。
