简介

吸收能力描述了一个组织使用过去的经验来增强学习和应用新知识的能力,通过评估(有价值信息的识别和过滤),同化(新知识转化为可用知识)和应用(使用知识)的过程将新知识转化为可用知识。

信度与效度

Cadiz等(2009)在TechCo网络调查中发送了1971份问卷,共收回583份问卷,回收率 29.6%。结果表明,评估、同化和应用量表的内部一致性系数分别为0.66、0.78和0.83。验证性因素分析表明,三因素模型具有较为理想的指标:χ2=87.46,n=24,RMSEA=0.08,SRMR=0.07,CFI=0.94。
