Stakeholder Integration Scale 利益相关者的整合量表
简介
利益相关者的整合量表包括三部分,对利益相关者的了解、利益相关者互动以及适应性行为。
对利益相关者的了解包括识别和了解他们的需求,以及这些需求和公司之间的关系,还包括这些需求和特征的重要性,这种重要性程度能够将有助于在将它们整合到公司管理中时优先考虑它们。
利益相关者互动是指利益相关者和公司之间的相互作用,是一种相互的或互惠的关系,这种关系能够影响利益相关者。
适应性行为是为了满足利益相关者的需求,公司采取的一系列行为改变。
信度与效度
Plaza-Ubeda, J. A., de Burgos-Jimenez, J., &Carmona-Moreno, E. (2010)选取了两个样本,A样本包括903个西班牙生产部门,每个部门包括20名工人,B样本包括在西班牙每年都有账户记录、员工数目超过20的化工行业的所有公司(共980家),对利益相关者的了解、利益相关者互动以及适应性行为三部分量表的内部一致性系数分别为0.9136, 0.9130, 0.8813,整个量表的方差解释率为72.56%。
利益相关者的整合量表的二阶验证性因素分析的结果:χ2、χ2corrected、RMSEA、GFI、NFI、CFI、IFI、RFI、PGFI值分别为165.47、1.63、0.06、0.879、0.905、0.958、0.959、0.887、0.653,模型的各项拟合指数均达到或接近先定的标准。
