简介

团队认同是个体以团队为目标,以团队成员的身份进行自我定义,将团队的目标、利益、规范视为自己的特征,并有归属于该团队的强烈情感的一种认同感。

信度与效度

Heere, B., & James, J. D.(2007)对东南部一所全日制大学三个班级50个个体进行了预实验,因素分析后删除了部分题目。对愿意参与实验的330名学生进行了问卷调查,回收有效问卷311份,并分成了155和156两份样本。团队认同量表包括自我分类分量表(Cronbachα=0.795)公众评价分量表(Cronbachα=0.787),个人评价分量表(Cronbachα=0.861),相互依赖分量表(Cronbachα=0.821),重要性分量表(Cronbachα=0.807),依恋分量表(Cronbachα=0.877),社会嵌入分量表(Cronbachα=0.823),行为参与分量表(Cronbachα=0.776)、认知意识分量表(Cronbachα=0.838)。
