简介

基于依附理论,Lin(2010)研究了企业公民在促进组织信任和工作参与方面的作用。 在模型中,认为工作参与直接受到企业公民意识的四个维度的影响,包括经济、法律、道德和自由的公民意识。通过组织信任的调解作用,工作参与也受到企业公民意识的间接影响。

信度与效度

Lin(2010)研究了台湾北部工业区20家大型企业,包括传统和科技企业。在发放的600份问卷中,共回收428份有效问卷,有效答复率为71.33%。工作参与和组织信任量表的内部一致性系数分别为0.93和0.82。企业公民意识的四个分量表经济、法律、道德和自由的内部一致性系数分别为0.86、0.90、0.89和0.87。

验证性因素分析表明,六因素模型具有较为理想的指标:χ2=656.93;n=260;NNFI= 0.94;NFI=0.92;CFI=0.95;GFI=0.89;RMR=0.03;RMSEA=0.06。各个量表具有较好的收敛效度,工作参与、组织信任、经济公民意识、法律公民意识、道德公民意识和自由公民意识的AVE值分别为0.68、0.62、0.61、0.73、0.67和0.62。
