Social Capital Questionnaire社会资本问卷

简介

社会资本分为“个体社会资本”以及“集体社会资本”两种类别 。前者即所谓的外部社会资本或私人物品, 除了微观的个人关系及这些关系中所蕴涵的资源外, 也包括个人所占有的网络结构位置能带来的资源。后者则是内部社会资本或公共物品 ,除了宏观的群体内部的社会联结与互信外 , 也包括群体的结构方式是否可以促成集体行动并创造资源。

信度与效度

社会资本问卷包括参与当地社区、安全感、家庭/友人关系、宽容的多样性、人生观、工作关系六个分问卷，内部一致性系数分别为0.75, 0.77, 0.33, 0.71,0.70,0.68，此外，有两道不属于分量表的题目，整个量表内部一致性系数为0.83，除家庭/友人关系分问卷外，都有较好的信度。

33.Help a workmate at work even though it was not in the job description in the past week.
34.Take the initiative at work to do what needs to be done even if no one asks you to.
35.Acceptance by the neighbors of strangers that move into your street (closest to trust/safety).
36.Invite strangers into your home to use the phone if a car breaks down outside your house (closest to trust/safety).

计分方法

社会资本问卷共36道题，包括参与当地社区、安全感、家庭/友人关系、宽容的多样性、人生观、工作关系六个分问卷，
参与当地社区分问卷共12道题，具体包括第1-12题；
安全感分问卷共2道题，具体包括第13-14题；
家庭/友人关系分问卷共2道题，具体包括第15-16题；
宽容的多样性分问卷共2道题，具体包括第17-18题；
人生观分问卷共12道题，具体包括第19-30题；
工作关系分问卷共4道题，具体包括第31-34题；
35、36题不属于分问卷内题目。
可以计算平均分或总分。
