变化是普遍存在的,它几乎存在于生活的方方面面,影响到每一个人。 然而,人们对变化的反应则有所不同,有的人乐于接受变化,积极寻求改变,有些则倾向于避免变化。Oreg(2008)确定了个体抵抗变化(resistance to change, RTC)的概念和测量方法。

信度与效度

Routine seeking

Emotional reaction

计分方法
