== 简介 ==
运营绩效是指公司在质量、柔性、准时交货等方面为顾客提供服务的能力；企业运营绩效的评价与分析在整个企业经营中具有极其重要的作用。然而， 由于供应链管理与现行企业经营管理模式有一定的区别， 因此在对企业运营绩效的分析与评价上也与传统评价方式存在一定的差别。

== 信度与效度 ==
参与研究的单位是来自5个国家（加拿大，芬兰，瑞士，英国，和美国）的MTO生产过程的40个工厂 。向98个生产线发送了电子问卷。整个问卷的内部一致性系数为0.94.分量表最低的值也有0.79，有较好的信度。
