== 简介 ==
身份困境是指面对多种角色时的身份不确定感，个体感到很苦恼，妨碍了个体的学习以及生活，并会持续一段时间。

== 信度与效度 ==
Berman, S. L.,et al(2004)对美国一所大学105名心理学专业学生进行调查并收集数据，身份困境量表的内部一致性系数为0.84，有良好的信度。

== 量表 ==
请您根据自己的实际感受和体会，用下面10项描述对您最近因为以下事情而担心、失望、忧虑的程度进行进行评价和判断，并在最符合的数字上划○。

1-9题评价和判断的标准如下： 
1 一点也不   2 轻微的  3 适度的  4 严重的   5 非常严重的<br>
1.Long term goals?(e.g.,finding a good job,being in a romantic relationship,etc.)<br>
2.Career choice?(e.g.,deciding on a trade or profession,etc.)<br>
3.Friendships?(e.g.,experiencing a loss of friends,change in friends,etc.)<br>
4.Sexual orientation and behavior?(r.g.,feeling confused about sexual preferences,intensity of sexual needs,etc.)<br>
5.Religion?(e.d.,stopped believeing,changed your belief in God/religion,etc.)<br>
6.Values or beliefs?(e.g.,feeling confused about what is right or wrong,etc.)<br>
7.Group loyalties?(e.g.,belonging to a club,school group,gang,etc.)<br>
8.Please rate your overall level of discomfort (how bad they made you feel)about all of the above issues that might have upset or distressed you as a whole.<br>
9.Please rate how much uncertainty over these issues as a whole has interfered with your life(for example,stopped you from doing things you wanted to do ,or being happy)<br>
