==量表==

==计分方法==
题目后标（R）的题目需要反向计分，直接计算13道题的总分或者平均分。其他第1-4题是关于认知（Cognitive）方面；5-8题是关于情感（Emotional）方面的；9-13题是关于生理（Physical）的。
