简介
Kahn(1990)最先提出工作投入的概念。May等根据Kahn的界定开发了工作投入量表(May等,2004)。
信度与效度
May等开发的工作投入量表的内部一致性系数为:0.77。May等的探索性因素分析,并没有得到一个三因素的结构。
量表
1. Performing my job is so absorbing that I forget about everything else.
2. I often think about other things when performing my job. (R)
3. I am rarely distracted when performing my job.
4. Time passess quickly when I perform my job.
5. I really put my heart into my job.
6. I get excited when I perform well on my job.
7. I often feel emotionally detached from my job. (R)
8. My own feelings are affected by how well I perform my job.
9. I exert a lot of energy performing my job.
10. I stay untill the job is done.
11. I aviod working overtime whenever possible. (R)
12. I take work home to do.
13. I avoid working too hard. (R)
计分方法
题目后标(R)的题目需要反向计分,直接计算13道题的总分或者平均分。其中第1-4题是关于认知(Cognitive)方面的;5-8题是关于情感(Emotional)方面的;9-13题是关于生理(Physical)的。
