简介

服务型领导(公仆型领导)强调增加对他人的服务,全面的工作方法,增强社区意识,以及在决策中分享权力,服务型领导必须是以价值和性格为驱动、以绩效和过程为导向的人。服务型领导者可以被定义为这样的领导者,其领导的主要目的是通过投资于他们的发展和福利来为他人服务,以实现共同利益的任务和目标(Page和Wong,2000)。Page & Wong(2000)通过文献研究和自身的领导实践,认为服务型领导具有4个维度。特质维度,包含正直、谦卑、服务意识;人际维度,包含关怀他人、授权、发展他人;任务维度,包含建立愿景、目标设定、提供领导;过程维度,包含角色模范、团队建设、共享决策。

信度与效度

Page & Wong(2000)调查了基督教教育机构中6名男性领导人和18名参加了领导课程的学生(10名男性和8名女性)。结果表明正直、谦卑、服务意识、关怀他人、授权、发展、建立愿景、目标设定、提供领导、角色模范、团队建设和共享决策的内部一致性系数分别为0.796、0.656、0.761、0.714、0.765、0.916、0.569、0.768、0.837、0.763、0.815、0.802,量表的总体信度为0.937。
