简介

真实型领导(authentic leadership)是一种领导理论和方式,他们诚实、正直、忠于自己,会与下属构建真实的关系,被认为是其他积极领导形式的“根源构念”,对个体、团队和组织均有积极作用,因而得到了学术界的广泛讨论和研究。

信度与效度

真实型领导感知量表包括自我意识、关系透明、内化的道德观和平衡加工四个分量表共16道题,对真实型领导量表的探索性因素分析结果表明有两道题目载荷低于平均水平故删除,剩余14道题目。分量表的内部一致性系数在0.74—0.85之间,有良好的信度。

12.My leader expresses his/her ideas and thoughts clearly to others.
13.My leader is guided in his/her actions by internal moral standards.
14.My leader encourages others to voice opposing points of view.

计分方法

真实型领导感知量表包括自我意识、关系透明、内化的道德观和平衡加工四个分量表共16道题:

自我意识分量表总共3道题,具体包括第4、7、11题;

关系透明分量表总共3道题,具体包括第1、8、12题;

内化道德观分量表总共4道题,具体包括第2、5、9、13题;

平衡加工分量表总共4道题,具体包括第3、6、10、14题;

可以计算量表所包括题目的总分或平均分。
