简介

Hofstede(1980)提出文化包括个人主义和集体主义,Triandis(1995)的研究表明个人主义和集体主义是两个相互独立的维度,不仅存在于个体层面,还存在于社会层面。个人主义是将个人视为最有意义的社会单位倾向,强调个性发展和差异。集体主义社会中最有意义的社会单位是人们所属的群体,个人偏向屈从于群体的倾向。

信度与效度

Robert & Wasti(2002)调查了土耳其的46家不同行业的私营企业,共得到916份有效问卷。结果表明个人主义和集体主义的内部一致性系数分别为0.82和0.71,二因素模型的各项指标结果较为理想,χ2/d=3.13,RMSEA=0.050,NNFI=0.95,CFI=0.96。
