简介
工作情感已经成为组织行为学中一个主要领域。工作幸福已被建议作为职业健康心理学研究的未来目标之一,一般的情感幸福可以被认为是心理健康的核心,这是一个主观估计人是舒服还是不舒服。幸福的结构是自1950年代以来一直是研究话题。在大多数的理论模型中, 情感幸福概念化为愉快的程度,主要分为两个主要维度,积极情绪和消极情绪。同时大量的与工作相关的情感幸福的量表已经被开发出来,这些覆盖了满意度,工作紧张、抑郁、倦怠、参与和工作士气等。越来越多的实证(Makikangas et al., 2007; Van Horn, Taris, Schaufeli,& Schreurs, 2004)证明了Warr的工作情感幸福感测量是有效的和可靠的。根据Warr(1990)工作情感幸福感是由两个主要维度定义的:快乐(水平轴)和冲动(垂直轴)。这些维度能够描述与工作情感状态相关的内容与强度。
信度与效度
Warr(1990)对英国的1686雇员进行数据搜集,每个雇员一周的工作时间都在30小时之上。其中男性为839人,女性为847人,同时按职业将其划分为3个层次:相对高级的管理人员、较低的专业和监督人员和技术主管、需要较少技能的手工者。按年龄也划分为3个水平:18-34岁、35-49岁、50及其以上。其中焦虑-满足(job -related anxiety-contentment)的内部一致性系数为0.76,抑郁-热情(job -related depression-enthusiasm)的内部一致性为0.80.

计分方法
工作情感幸福量表包括两部分,每部分各有6个题项,共计12题项。可计算所包括题目的总分或平均分。
