简介

人力资本是指对人力资本投资形成的资本,把员工的劳动能力作为一种资本投入到企业,参与企业的生产经营活动。

信度与效度

人力资本特征量表分为人力资本价值和人力资本独特性两个分量表,内部一致性系数分别为0.90和0.85,有较好的信度。

量表

人力资本特征量表总共22道题,其中包括两个分量表:

人力资本价值分量表总共12道题,具体包括第1-12题;

人力资本独特性分量表总共10道题,具体包括第13-22题。

可以计算量表所包括题目的总分或平均分。
