简介
Ekvall & Arvonen,(1991)认为组织CEO的变化导向领导(change-oriented leadership)有利于引导和管理组织的变革,促使其不断地调整组织战略以适应变化多端的外部环境。CEO的变化导向领导对组织绩效有显著的影响,而CEO的个人特质,特别是工作激情对其变化导向的领导力有重要影响。
Vallerand, R. J et al.(2003)研究发现CEO的工作激情包括和谐激情(Harmonious Passion)和强迫激情(Obsessive Passion),并利用包含900多名参与者的样本进行研究开发了和谐激情和强迫激情量表(Harmonious Passion and Obsessive Passion Scale),并验证了量表的信效度。
Sirén, C et al.(2016)借鉴了Vallerand, R. J et al.(2003)研究成果,并对一因素模型和两因素模型进行了比较,结果显示两因数模型效果较为理想。
信度与效度
一些先前的研究表明,和谐激情和强迫激情量表(Harmonious Passion and Obsessive Passion Scale)具有较高水平的内部一致性,以及预测、区分和外部效度。Vallerand, R. J et al.(2003)利用一个包含235名参与者的样本进行了验证性因素分析,产生了理想的结果:χ2=(76, N=235)=171.70,p<0.001,NNFI=0.912,CFI=0.926,RMSEA=0.073。强迫激情量表内部一致性系数α=0.89,和谐激情量表内部一致性系数α=0.79。

和谐激情:refers to an autonomous internalization that leads individuals to choose to engage in the activity that they like.包括1-7题。
强迫激情:refers to a controlled internalization of an activity in one’s identity that creates an internal pressure to engage in the activity that the person likes.包括8-14题。
