简介

依恋力(Forces of Attachment Scales)是一个将态度预测因素与经过有意识的考虑后选择在组织内留下保持组织成员资格联系起来的动机机制,主要包括构成依恋、影响依恋、替代依恋、行为依恋、计算依恋、契约依恋、道德依恋、规范依恋等八类。

信度与效度

样本包括405个在典型的低工资/低技能服务工作中的餐馆服务员和雇主。研究将含有人口统计资料和附件的数据包发送给雇员,还包括本研究未包括的变量,并保证他们的答复保密且在工作中完成。在998个发出去的研究数据包中,回收了439个可用数据,回应率为44%。构成依恋、影响依恋、替代依恋、行为依恋、计算依恋、契约依恋、道德依恋、规范依恋的内部一致性系数分别为0.80、0.88、0.69、0.68、0.85、0.86、0.72、0.59。

计分方法

依恋力量表包括构成依恋、影响依恋、替代依恋、行为依恋、计算依恋、契约依恋、道德依恋、规范依恋等八个分量表,可以计算每个分量表所包括题目的总分或平均分。每个分量表包括的题目如下:

1. 构成依恋:指员工是否与共事者构建了有价值的社会关系,总共5道题,具体包括第1、2、3、4、5题。

2. 影响依恋:指员工对组织提供心理舒适从而保持留下的情绪反应的程度。总共4道题,具体包括第6、7、8、9题。

3. 替代依恋:指员工对可替代工作机会的感知。总共4道题,具体包括10、11、12、13题。

4. 行为依恋:指工作能提供像工资和经验等显现收益价值的程度。总共5道题,具体包括第14、15、16、17、18题。

5. 计算依恋:对继续留在组织中与将来可以获得有价值的工作机会相关的信任程度。总共5道题,具体包括第19、20、21、22、23题。

6. 契约依恋:用来衡量出于责任继续留在组织中的心理承诺。总共7道题,具体包括第24、25、26、27、28、29、30题。

7. 道德依恋:衡量离职的伦理信仰程度。总共6道题,具体包括第31、32、33、34、35、36题。

8. 规范依恋:衡量没有工作的人们对员工继续留在组织中施加压力的程度。总共4道题,具体包括第37、38、39、40题。
