Comprehensive Assessment of Basic Interests 职业兴趣量表

简介

兴趣是人们力求认识某种事物和从事某项活动的心理倾向，它表现为人们对某件事、某项活动的选择性态度和积极的情绪反应。当兴趣直接指向与职业有关的活动时，就称之为职业兴趣（刘广珠, 2000)。

信度与效度

职业兴趣量表通过样本调查对八个维度模型（身份不确定感和群体成员资格不确定感）进行信、效度检验。所有的题目因子载荷都在0.75至0.95之间，所有分量表的内部一致性系数都在0.90-0.97之间。八因子模型的拟合度比其他模型要好，量表具有良好的信度和效度。

职业兴趣量表包括41个分量表，可以计算各个量表所包含题目的平均分或总分。
