简介

真实型领导(authentic leadership)是一种领导理论和方式,他们诚实、正直、忠于自己,会与下属构建真实的关系,被认为是其他积极领导形式的“根源构念”,对个体、团队和组织均有积极作用,因而得到了学术界的广泛讨论和研究。

信度与效度

真实型领导量表包括自律和道德标准(α=0.84)、构建积极关系(α=0.84)以及对目标的激情(α=0.78)三个分量表共18道题,对真实型领导量表的探索性因素分析结果表明对目标的激情中一道题目载荷低于平均水平故删除,剩余17道题目。整个量表的内部一致性系数为0.89,有良好的信度。

真实型领导量表总共17道题,包括自律和道德标准、构建积极关系以及对目标的激情三个分量表:

自律和道德标准分量表总共9道题,具体包括第1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9题;

构建积极关系分量表总共4道题,具体包括第10、11、12、13题;

员工培训分量表总共4道题,具体包括第14、15、16、17题;

可以计算量表所包括题目的总分或平均分。
