身份管理策略量表
简介
身份管理策略问卷主要从个人方面和情境方面的差异来旨在评估个体使用一系列身份策略所表现出的个体差异,每个方面又从两个水平来分测,这两个水平分别是隐藏策略的水平和暴露策略的水平,进而揭示人们特别是女同性恋,男同性恋和双性恋(LGB)工作人员在工作中(即身份管理情况)面临公开或隐藏他们的LGB身份有关的决定。
信度与效度
身份管理策略问卷中在基于情境方面,四个条目的隐藏策略分量表α = 0.80; ICC = 0 .47和两个条目的暴露策略分量表α = 0 .89; ICC = 0 .34。在个体差异方面,九个条目的隐藏策略分量表α = 0.91,两个条目的暴露策略分量表α = 0 .77。使用Mplus软件对所蕴含的的条目进行建模,该模型具有较好的拟合指数:RMSEA = 0.06, SRMR (基于情境) = 0.05,SRMR(基于个体) = 0.10 , CFI = 0 .94。
