简介

团队目标导向(Team Goal Orientation)是指团队目标导向是团队级别的属性,这引出了一个问题,它与个人创造力是否有关,如果有的话,是如何如何影响的。团队目标导向能够对个体绩效提供情境性投入或施加影响。

信度与效度

Gong et al.(2013)收集了韩国电信、电子、化学、航空航天、信息技术和制药等行业的19家公司中的100个研发团队的数据。结果表明团队导向量表的团队学习目标量表(Team learning scale)、团队绩效接近目标量表(Team performance approach goal scale)和团队绩效规避目标量表(Team performance avoidance goal scale)3个分量表的内部一致性系数分别为0.92、0.90和0.87,有较好的信度。对量表进行验证性因素分析结果表明,三因素模型各项指标如下:χ2=34.72,df=24,CFI=0.99,TLI=0.99,有较好的效度。

团队目标导向量表包括团队学习目标量表(Team learning scale)、团队绩效接近目标(Team performance approach goal)和团队绩效规避量表(Team performance avoidance goal)3个量表,总共13道题。可以分别计算各自量表所包括题目的总分或平均分,每个分量表包括的题目如下:

团队学习目标量表:共5道题,包括1-5题。
团队绩效接近目标量表:共4道题,包括6-9题。
团队绩效规避量表:共4道题,包括10-13题。
