The Intensification of Job Demands Scale工作需求强化量表（Kubicek et al.，2015）

简介

组织所面临的外部环境正在发生剧烈变化，而组织内部结构也更强调自主和灵活性。这些变化对员工的工作及其自身提出了更高的要求，员工需要更加重视工作的速度、计划和决策以及不断学习能力。工作需求强化（The intensification of job demands,简称IDS）是指工作需求变化的强度，主要包括三个维度：工作量（Workload）、计划和决策的要求（Planning and decision-making demands）（关于自己的工作和事业）和学习的需求（Planning and decision-making demands）（关于自己的知识和技能）。

信度与效度

Kubicek et al（2015）在借鉴他人研究成果的基础上发展了包括5个具体维度工作需求强化量表，分别是工作强化（Work intensification）、加强与工作相关的计划和决策的需求（Intensified job-related planning and decision-making demands）、加强与职业相关的计划和决策的需求（Intensified career-related planning and decision-making demands）、加强知识学习的需求（Intensified knowledge-related learning demands）、加强技能学习的需求（Intensified skill-related learning demands）。运用两个独立样本对工作需求强化量表进行验证性因素分析，对样本1而言，5个维度的信度分别为0.91、0.90、0.82、0.90、0.87，五因素模型的各项指标为χ²=399.57、df=142、CFI=0.96、TLI=0.95、RMSEA=0.067。对样本2而言，5个维度的信度分别为0.87、0.87、0.79、0.90、0.87，五因素模型的各项指标为χ²=291.97、df=142、CFI=0.92、TLI=0.93、RMSEA=0.081。

Intensified knowledge-related learning demands

15、… one increasingly has to acquire new knowledge to handle job tasks.

Intensified skill-related learning demands
17、… one increasingly has to familiarize oneself with new work processes.

工作需求强度量表（the Intensification of Job Demands Scale,IDS）包括工作强度（Work intensification）、加强与工作相关的计划和决策的需求（Intensified job-related planning and decision-making demands）、加强与职业相关的计划和决策的需求（Intensified career-related planning and decision-making demands）、加强知识学习的需求（Intensified knowledge-related learning demands）、加强技能学习的需求（Intensified skill-related learning demands）5个分量表，总共19道题。可以分别计算各自量表所包括题目的总分或平均分，每个分量表包括的题目如下：
