简介

Barbuto & Wheeler(2006)通过对文献的回顾,搜集了11个服务型领导的特征,在80 名领导者和388名人员中收集数据,通过内在一致性分析、验证性因子分析、会聚有效性分析、鉴别有效性和预测有效性分析等实证研究,最后得到23个条目和五个维度:利他精神(Altruistic calling)、情绪抚慰(Emotional healing)、智慧启迪(Wisdom)、理性说服引导(Persuasive mapping)和社会责任(Organizational stewardship)。

信度与效度

Barbuto & Wheeler(2006)调查了80 名领导者和388名人员,结果显示利他精神、情绪抚慰、智慧启迪、理性说服引导和社会责任分量表的信度分别为0.82、0.91、0.92、0.87、0.89。验证性因素分析表明,五因素模型具有较好的拟合度:χ2(220) =1,410.69,p =0 .0;RMSEA =0.10;CFI=0.96。

22、This person encourages me to have a community spirit in the workplace.
23、This person is preparing the organization to make a positive difference in the future.

计分方法

服务型领导问卷包括利他精神、情绪抚慰、智慧启迪、理性说服引导和社会责任等5个维度,共23道题,可以分别计算各自量表所包括题目的总分或平均分,每个分量表包括的题目如下:

1.利他精神:共4道题,具体包括第1-4题。
2. 情绪抚慰:共4道题,具体包括第5-8题。
3. 智慧启迪:共5道题,具体包括第9-13题。
4.理性说服引导:共5道题,具体包括第14-18题。
5. 社会责任:共5道题,具体包括19-23题。
