简介

计分方法
关系功能清单量表(RFI)包括任务辅助、职业发展、情感支持、友谊、个人成长、为他人提供机会六个分量表,可以计算每个分量表所包括题目的总分或平均分。每个分量表包括的题目如下:
1.任务辅助:指管理者/同事通过回答问题、提供反馈或协助一项特定的任务,来帮助被评价者完成自身工作。总共3道题,具体包括第1、2、3、题。
2.职业发展:指管理者/同事通过提供建议或访问联系人和其他与职业相关的资源,帮助被评价者提升其职业生涯。总共3道题,具体包括第4、5、6题。
3.情感支持:指管理者/同事通过倾听被评价者的问题并以支持的方式回复,以帮助被评价者应付压力。总共3道题,具体包括第7、8、9题。
4.友谊:指管理者/同事与被评价者成为朋友或伙伴。总共3道题,具体包括第10、11、12题。
5.个人成长:指管理者/同事帮助被评价者成长和发展。总共3道题,具体包括第13、14、15题。
6.为他人提供机会:指管理者/同事为被评价者提供机会去协助、指导、支持或关心他人。总共3道题,具体包括16、17、18题。
