PSC是建立在早期的职业压力与职业安全的联系之上,是组织层面的一个具体维度,是指对“保护职工心理健康与安全的政策,实践和程序”的共同认识(Dollard&Bakker,2010)。 PSC的内容主要包括:(1)高级管理人员通过参与和承诺为压力预防提供支持和承诺; (2)在管理方面,员工心理健康与安全高于生产力目标; (3)组织沟通,即组织倾听员工的想法; (4)组织参与,例如与工会,职业健康与安全代表协商。(如Bond&Bunce,2001; Cox,Randall,&Griffiths,2002)
