简介

工作场所代际氛围量表(The Workplace Intergenerational Climate Scale (WICS))用来测量工作场所代际员工之间的态度和感知。通过3个研究对量表进行创建及发展,研究1用探索性因子分析创建了分量表;研究2对分量表就标准、收敛以及有效性方面进行评估;在研究3中,量表的外延、标准、增量以及有效性都得到了增强。 工作场所代际氛围可分为五个维度,分别是代际联系(Intergenerational Contact(IC)),工作场所代际保留(Workplace Intergenerational Retention(WIR)),积极的代际情感(Positive Intergenerational Affect(PIA)),工作场所代际包容(Workplace Generational Inclusiveness(WGI))和无代际刻板印象(Lack of Generational Stereotypes(LGS))。

信度与效度

工作场所代际氛围量表使用Cronbach 和Meehl (1955)的基则网框架进行效度检验,结果证明本量表具有令人满意的五因子拟合值数值(GFI, AGFI, NFI, NNFI, IFI, CFI>.90; RMSR, RMSEA<.05)。

计分方法

工作场所代际氛围量表总共20道题,包括无代际刻板印象、积极的代际情感、代际联系、工作场所代际包容和工作场所代际保留5个分量表,每个分量表包含4个题项,可以计算每个分量表所包含题目的平均分或总分,每个分量表包括的题目如下:
无代际刻板印象:包括1-4题。
积极的代际情感:包括5-8题。
代际联系:包括9-12题。
工作场所代际包容:包括13-16题。
工作场所代际保留:包括17-20题。
