简介
Dennis & Bocarnea (2005)在文献研究的基础上,依据 Patterson 的服务型领导理论模型,从无私关爱、谦卑、利他、构建愿景、信任、服务和授权 7个方编制了一个有 71 个测量服务型领导的最初条目库。最后,通过因子分析等统计分析确定了一个由无私关爱、授权、构建愿景、谦卑、信任五个维度、一共有 22 个条目构成的服务型领导量表。
信度与效度
Dennis & Bocarnea (2005)为了开发服务型领导评价量表,共进行了三次数据收集,最后一次共调查了313位参与者,得到了300份有效问卷。结果表明无私关爱、授权、构建愿景和谦卑4个分量表的信度分别为0.94、0.94、0.89、0.92,信任分量表由于题目少于三个,没有一致性系数得分.

计分方法
服务型领导评价量表包括无私关爱、授权、构建愿景、谦卑和信任等5个维度,共22道题,可以分别计算各自量表所包括题目的总分或平均分,每个分量表包括的题目如下:
1.无私关爱:共5道题,具体包括第1-5题。
2. 授权:共5道题,具体包括第6-10题。
3. 构建愿景:共5道题,具体包括第11-15题。
4.谦卑:共5道题,具体包括第16-20题。
5. 信任:共2道题,具体包括21-22题。
