简介
Liden et al(2008)在文献研究的基础上,用一个有 85个测量条目的量表,从9个方面去测量服务型领导(又名公仆型领导),在删除了两个维度后,最后确定了服务型领导的七个维度:概念化技能(conceptual skills)、乐于授权(empowerment)、帮助下属成长和成功(helping subordinates grow and succeed)、优先考虑下属(putting subordinates first)、行为合乎道德(behaving ethically)、情绪抚慰(emotional healing)和为社区创造价值(creating value for the community),该量表最后包含 28 个测量条目。
信度与效度
Liden et al(2008)对组织样本数据进行验证性因素分析,结果表明概念化技能、乐于授权、帮助下属成长和成功、优先考虑下属、行为合乎道德、情绪抚慰和为社区创造价值量表的信度分别为0.81、0.80、0.82、0.86、0.83、0.76、0.83。七因素模型具有较好的拟合度:χ2=549.14 (df=329, p<0.01),CFI=0.98;RMSEA=0.06;SRMR =0.05。

计分方法
服务型领导问卷包括概念化技能、乐于授权、帮助下属成长和成功、优先考虑下属、行为合乎道德、情绪抚慰和为社区创造价值等7个维度,共28道题,可以分别计算各自量表所包括题目的总分或平均分,每个分量表包括的题目如下:
1.概念化技能:共4道题,具体包括第1-4题。
2. 乐于授权:共4道题,具体包括第5-8题。
3. 帮助下属成长和成功:共4道题,具体包括第9-12题。
4.优先考虑下属:共4道题,具体包括第13-16题。
5. 行为合乎道德:共4道题,具体包括17-20题。
6.情绪抚慰:共4道题,具体包括21-24题。
7.为社区创造价值:共4道题,具体包括25-28题。
