简介

组织的目标清晰度(organizational goal clarity),是一个共同信念的紧急状态,这个信念是团队成员对于目标,以及他们嵌入的组织的目标的共同的意识和理解(Locke, 1991).

Erik Gonzalez-Mulé等关注于组织的目标清晰度而不是团队目标的清晰度,因为他们认为在自主性的团队里,很可能意识不到或者无法理解它们所嵌入的组织的目标。

信度与效度

组织目标清晰度量表的内部一致性信度为0.97,有较好的信度和效度。
