简介
P-V fit（个人-职业匹配）指的是个人兴趣、能力与个性和职业的要求相一致(Holland, 1985)。尽管P-V fit（个人-职业匹配）与P-J fit（个人-工作匹配）相关，但是两者是不同的。P-V fit（个人-职业匹配）值得是技能与职业上要求的一致性；相反，P-J fit（个人-工作匹配）指的是某个特定岗位上展现出的一致性。因此，个体很有可能实现了P-V fit（个人-职业匹配），却没有实现P-J fit（个人-工作匹配）。
信度与效度
Vogel 和Feldman（2009）在一个全国连锁饭店总部进行研究，共有专业人员与行政人员222人，其中185人回复，回应率为83%。此量表的内部一致性系数为0.65。
