简介
职场焦虑(Workplace Anxiety)指员工完成工作任务的紧张和忧虑的感觉,它是一种受到个人差异和工作场所特征影响的特定领域的构想。因此,它表现为一种应变症状形式的应激反应。
信度与效度
Julie M. McCarthy and John P. Trougakos等进行了一项实地研究,调查了警察和他们的主管、同事,共有770名个体回答了这项研究调查。该量表内部一致性系数为0.94,有较好的内部一致性信度。
