== 简介 ==
职业决策自我效能(career decision making self-efficacy)是指决策者在进行职业决策过程中对自己成功完成各项任务所必需的能力的自我评估或信心。
职业探索理论是职业选择和职业发展理论的一个重要的部分。心理学家Taveira对职业探索的定义是：个人对自我的特质以及对职业环境关系。

职业决策自我效能量表(CDMSE，Taylor & Betz，1953)是目前应用最为广泛的量表。CDMSE量表主要包括以下五部分的内容：对自我的评价、收集与职业有关的信息、选择职业目标、制订职业生涯规划、解决各类问题。此量表采用的是10点计分：0—9，分数越高，表明在职业决策的过程中越有信心。
职业探索问卷（CES）是Stumpf等人编制而成，此量表测查个体在过去3个月里的职业探索活动，问卷有2个维度：环境探索和自我探索，共12个项目。问卷为利克特5级正向计分，1—5表示“很少”—“经常”。

M.A.Morrison, &L.T.Penn,将职业决策自我效能与职业探索相结合，通过网络，对180名中大西洋大学学习心理学课程的本科生，要求参与者完成所有问题。样本年龄从18岁到35岁（M = 19.74，SD = 2.11）年，包括73名男性（41％），106名妇女（59％），一个参与者报告他们的性别为“其他”。大多数参与者是欧裔美国人（n = 106; 59％）；29（16％）是非裔美国人，26（14％）是亚裔/太平洋岛民，5（3％）是西班牙裔，6（3％）被确定为其他种族/民族群体的成员。

== 信度与效度 ==
探索性因素分析的结果表明，简明职业决策自我效能和职业决策应对效能的方差变异量分别为67%，10%，累积方差解释量为77%，内部一致性分别为：0.79,0.73。

验证性因素分析的结果表明，两因素模型的CFI =0 .98, RMSEA =0 .10,χ<sup>2</sup>(5, N = 215) = 14.76, 二因素模型的各项拟合指数均达到或接近先定的标准，两因素结构得到了数据的支持。

职业生涯探索和职业决策自我效能量表简版包括简明职业决策自我效能、职业决策应对效能两个分量表，可以计算每个分量表所包括题目的总分或平均分。
每个分量表包括的题目如下：
