== 简介 ==
Ajzen的计划行为理论（Ajzen，1985,1987,1991）认为，态度（Attitude）、主观规范（Subjective Norms）和感知行为控制（Perceived Behavioral Control）三个独立变量一起确定了行为意图。Ajzen的态度变量考察了一个人对一种行为的态度；主观规范变量包括一个人的社会环境的特征属性；感知行为控制变量解决了一个人控制行为表现能力的变化。 Cordano和Frieze（2000）基于Ajzen的计划行为理论，使用两次污染预防分析来支持和发展相关的研究模型，并制定了有关变量的测量方法。

== 信度与效度 ==
研究者在一些世界五百强公司向员工收集数据，答复率为52.2％（301/577），有效样本量为295。使用复合信度测量（composite reliability measure）（Fornell ＆ Larcker，1981）评估了修订后的测量模型中变量的可靠性。复合信度测量使用验证性因子分析中产生的因子负荷来产生与系数α相当的内部一致性来产生度量方法（Hatcher，1994）。主观规范和感知行为控制量表的conbrach’s alpha分别为0.74和0.79。
