== 简介 ==

== 信度与效度 ==

探索性因素分析的结果表明,累积方差解释量为61%。其中，WO: Working with Others , M: Management, A: Autonomy , WV: Work Variety , TM: Time Management, SO:Spatial Organization , PR: Performance Requirements, PP: Physical Posture, PE: Physical Environment 的内部一致性分别为：0.73，0.70，0.71，0.69，0.64,0.57,0.70。
验证性因素分析的结果表明，九因素模型的2/df、CFI、TLI、RMSEA值分别为：2.81(1550.5/552)、0.843、0.821、0.60, 九因素模型的各项拟合指数均达到或接近先定的标准，说明九因素结构得到了数据的支持。

工作情景目录量表包括WO:Working with Others , M: Management, A: Autonomy , WV: Work Variety , TM: Time Management, SO:Spatial Organization , PR: Performance Requirements, PP: Physical Posture, PE: Physical Environment 九个分量表，可以计算每个分量表所包括题目的总分或平均分。每个分量表包括的题目如下：

1.Working with Others：总共6道题，具体包括第5、6、7、8、9、10题。

2.Management：总共3道题，具体包括第11、12、13题。

3.Work Variety ：总共4道题，具体包括第14、15、16、17题。
