== 简介 ==
自我决定理论由 ＤＥＣＩ等提出， 认为当外部奖励危害人类基本心理需要时才会削弱内部动机；而提供能力支持信息的外部奖励则不会削弱甚至会增强内部动机。自我决定理论能更好地解释外部奖励对内部动机既促进又削弱的矛盾效应。一直备受学术界和实践界的关注。

Chieh-Peng Lin 等认为，服务提供者满足消费者需要的程度，会影响服务的需求满足度。所以，自我决定动机与实体（品牌/服务/商店/供应商）的未来意图和行为，以及消费者的重复惠顾积极相关。

== 信度与效度 ==
自我决定量表包括内射调节、认同调节、整合调节、外部调节四个分量表，内部一致性系数分别为0.71,0.80,0.84,0.85，有较好的信度。

自我决定量表共12道题，包括内射调节、认同调节、整合调节、外部调节四个分量表，<br>
内射调节分量表共3道题，具体包括第1、2、3题；<br>
认同调节分量表共3道题，具体包括第4、5、6题；<br>
整合调节分量表共3道题，具体包括第7、8、9题；<br>
外部调节分量表共3道题，具体包括第10、11、12题。<br>
可以计算平均分或总分。
