==简介== 建言行为(voice behavior)是指员工主动挑战现状并进行建设性变革的行为。建言行为包括向同事建言(voice toward peers))和向上级建言(voice toward the supervisor))两个维度。 ==信度与效度== Liu et al.,(2010)对上海一所大学的174名MBA学生和广州一所大学的150名MBA学生进行了调查,共收回300份问卷。同时,要求MBA学生找一位同事,并对这些同事进行了调查。最终,共得到191份有效匹配问卷。结果表明,向同级建言行为量表和向上级建言行为量表的信度分别为0.91和0.94。 ==量表== 请您根据自己的实际感受和体会,对下面15项描述进行评价和判断,并在最符合的数字上划○。评价和判断的标准如下:1非常不同意 2不同意 3有点不同意 4有点同意 5同意 6非常同意 1、This person develops and makes recommendations to colleagues concerning issues that affect our organization.<br> 2、This person speaks out and encourages colleagues to get involved in issues that affect the organization.<br> 3、This person communicates his or her opinions about work issues to colleagues even if his or her opinion is different, and colleagues disagree with him or her.<br> 4、This person speaks to colleagues with new ideas for projects or changes in procedures.<br> 5、This person gives constructive suggestions to colleagues to improve their work.<br> 6、If his or her colleagues made mistakes in their work, this person would point them out and help them correct them.<br> 7、This person develops and makes recommendations to the supervisor concerning issues that affect our organization.<br> 8、This person speaks up and influences the supervisor regarding issues that affect the organization.<br> 9、This person communicates his or her opinions about work issues to the supervisor even if his or her opinion is different, and the supervisor disagrees with him or her.<br> 10、This person speaks to the supervisor with new ideas for projects or changes in procedures.<br> 11、This person gives constructive suggestions to the supervisor to improve the supervisor's work.<br> 12、This person points out to his or her supervisor to eliminate redundant or unnecessary procedures.<br> 13、If his or her supervisor made mistakes in his or her work, this person would point them out and help the supervisor correct them.<br> 14、This person tries to persuade his or her supervisor to change organizational rules or policies that are nonproductive or counterproductive.<br> 15、This person suggests his or her supervisor to introduce new structures, technologies, or approaches to improve efficiency.<br> ==计分方法== 建言行为量表包括向同级建言行为和向上级建言行为2个分量表,总共15道题。可以分别计算各自量表所包括题目的总分或平均分,每个分量表包括的题目如下: 向同级建言行为量表:共6道题,包括1-6题。<br> 向上级建言行为量表:共9道题,包括7-15题。<br> ==量表出处== Liu, W., Zhu, R., & Yang, Y.
